Cancellation Policy

We respect our patients' time and appreciate your selection to receive chiropractic care and massage therapy at Blue Ridge Family Chiropractic. We ask patients to consider and respect the time of our providers in return. 

As a courtesy, we provide appointment reminders for patients by text message 24 in advance of your appointment. Please be courteous and contact our office promptly if you are unable to attend an appointment. 

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without charge, so that your appointment time can be reallocated to another patient. To make everything fair this fee is in place regardless of excuse, so please do not attempt to apply excuses to our staff, or how/when the appointment was scheduled (app, phone, text, etc). This applies regardless of if you received the courtesy text message reminder or not, it is your responsibility. 

New Patient Chiropractic Appointments

For cancellations less than 24 hour in advance, there is a $125 cancellation fee.

Routine Chiropractic Appointments

For cancellations less than 24 hour in advance, there is a $25 cancellation fee.

Laser Therapy Appointments

For cancellations less than 24 hour in advance, there is a $35 cancellation fee.

Massage Therapy Appointments

For cancellations less than 24 hour in advance, there is a $40 cancellation fee.
